GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Prior to Device Repairs:
Any booking includes a non-refundable $50 service fee and will be deducted from the repair cost.
The quoted price only covers replacement of instructed part/repair, but shall not cover other problems revealed
during the repair process. If further parts need to be replaced for the device to be in good working order, we will
contact the customer for further cost and permission to proceed.
Customer is responsible to double-check the OEM warranty with their phone company BEFORE doing a repair.
We are not liable for any warranties voided.
We will not be held responsible for any lost and/or damage of sim or memory cards left in device.
We can't guarantee that the device will be 100% waterproof after the repairs.
When repair is ready customer will be notified. Customer agrees that repairman may test their device to ensure
quality of service, including making a call of up to but no more than 1 minute.
Customer is responsible for backing up all data. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of data.
Customer has 7 days to collect the device from the date of completion or 20% extra charge will be applied.
Should customer fail to collect the device within 10 working days, it becomes our property and may be destroyed.
Customer understands that if the device is required to be posted, we are not responsible for any issues emerging
from the services of Au Post or courier.
Unlocking/Security/iCloud/Code Removal: Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the handset
is not IMEI locked, Lost or stolen status. IF a phone needs to be network unlocked and it incurs calling restrictions
afterwards, such as call barring or incoming call restrictions. You will still be charged the full amount for the
process of unlocking from the network.
Our warranty is limited to 90 days from completion of repair and includes only the replaced parts as per
warranty terms. (Information available in details on website and with invoice). We are not responsible for any
other malfunction the device may produce that is not related to the replaced parts other replacement procedure.
Warranty excludes faults relating to physical or accidental damage, or if the reason of the issues not known or
related. (e.g., Cracked/shattered screen (front glass and/or LCD panel), Slow running devices and update issues)
All functions are tested at the time of repair, and due to the fact that the phone could be damaged or dropped
immediately after repair, the only things covered by warranty are the integrity of the components changed. If any
unrelated problems occur after the completion of the repair, this is not covered by warranty.
Warranty can't be given for the following repairs: software or software related, motherboard, liquid damage.
WARRANTY STATEMENT - Post Device Repairs:
In addition to the rights and remedies that you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law, Sams Mobihub provides the following warranty against defects (Warranty):
1.1 Subject to clause 1.2 and clause 1.3 the warranty period, where Sams Mobihub will repair or replace the Goods without charge, for Goods purchased by you from Sams
Mobihub (Goods) that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or material components (and none of your statutory rights or remedies apply) is as follows: (a) For all devices – 90days from the date of purchase of the Goods from Sams Mobihub or completion of the Services by Sams Mobihub; and
1.2 This warranty does not cover:
(a) Normal fair wear and tear;
(b) Defects, loss or damage caused directly or indirectly by or as a result of:
(i) any weakening or collapse of the device or structure to which the Goods are affixed occurring any time after installation;
(ii) any damage to or deterioration in the condition of the Goods occurring in transit by your nominated or appointed carrier or occurring after delivery;
(iii) any malfunction or fault of any device in which the Goods have been installed;
(iv) any defect (including defects in component parts or accessories) rising from or attributable to the failure to carry out normal preventive maintenance;
(v) any additional defect, damage or deterioration arising from or attributable to the operation of the Goods or device in which the Goods are installed after it is known to be defective;
(vi) any fault or surge in the customer’s electricity supply;
(vii) the Goods or device in which the Goods are installed striking an immovable object during travel or use;
(viii) any repairs to a device associated with software problems, motherboard issues or damage from liquid;
(ix) the servicing of the Goods by a third party not associated with Sams Mobihub
(x) It is not transferable in case of the device is sold or given to someone else other than original owner.
(c) Water damage of any kind whatsoever;
(d) The Goods where the defect, loss or damage is caused directly or indirectly by or as a result of the fitting or installation of the Goods by a third party (accredited or not) not associated with Sams Mobihub and
(e) inherent defects in material used in the manufacture of the Goods. Sams Mobihub will use best endeavors to procure and assign to the Customer the benefit of the warranty of the manufacturer of the material.
(f) One off usage item/service like delivery charges, screen protectors will not apply or replace under warranty.
(g) No refund or replacement if you decide
1.3 Notwithstanding clause 1.1, particular Goods sold by Sams Mobihub may have a Warranty Period which differs from that set out in clause 1.1. If you purchase a Goods listed in any Appendix, that Goods will have a Warranty Period as stated for that Goods in the Appendix.
2.1 In order to claim under this Warranty you must:
(a) Contact Sams Mobihub within the Warranty Period on the Contact Information provided below;
(b) Provide to Sams Mobihub:
(i) details of the Goods;
(ii) a detailed description of the defect (video or Photo is must);
(iii) your personal details;
(iv) Proof of purchase of the Goods (including supplier, date and place of purchase and identity of Goods).
(v) Keep repaired part in original condition
2.2 Any Goods the subject of a warranty claim may only be returned to Sams Mobihub by prior arrangement with Sams Mobihub.
2.3 You must bear the expense for the return of the Goods and such other expenses incurred by you and associated with a warranty claim.

3.1 General warranty claims will be processed by in a timely manner and reports made available to you providing information pertaining to your warranty claim.
3.2 Sams Mobihub is not obliged to rectify any warranty claim outside normal business hours.
3.3 Sams Mobihub may at its discretion elect to repair or replace the Goods. Sams Mobihub may also at its discretion elect to substitute the Goods with a similar alternative Goods of Sams Mobihub choosing.
3.4 Sams Mobihub does not have to repair or replace the Goods under this Warranty if this Warranty does not apply, this Warranty is voided, the Goods have been modified, disassembled, misused, improperly or inappropriately installed, operated or repaired, abused, damaged or not maintained in accordance with the manufacturers or Sams Mobihub instructions.
3.5 Once warranty date and time is confirmed, it is customer’s responsibility to return repaired item in original condition. We will check devices on arrival and any damage during transit or before device submission for warranty will void the warranty. We reserve the right to refuse warranty on any items displaying any physical or internal damage at our discretion.
3.7 Any verbal and physical abuse, threats on premises or any modes of communication will be treated seriously and it will be reported. Also, the person will be blocked immediately and business will not able to do any sort of communication for warranty claim, ongoing and future jobs if any due to safety reasons. Sams MobiHub reserves the right of final decision on the refund or replacement of warranty items.
3.8 This Warranty is limited to repair, replacement or substitution of Goods only. To the extent permitted by the law, Sams Mobihub will not be liable for any loss or damage caused to property or persons arising from any cause whatsoever.
3.9 This warranty is only valid and enforceable in Australia.
